We cannot help you with drivers' licenses, road tests, etc.  The Minnesota Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) has a licensing facility that is located in Arden Hills. You must contact the DMV at 651-201-7900 or through its website.

From I-35W:

Take I-35W North to Highway 96
Take Highway 96 (east) for about a mile (until past Hamline Avenue)
Take a left turn shortly after Hamline Avenue.

From St. Paul-Midway:

Take Snelling Avenue (Highway 51) north to I-694
Take I-694 (west) to I-35W
Take I-35W (north) to Highway 96
Take Highway 96 (east) for about a mile (until past Hamline Avenue)
Take the left turn shortly after Hamline Avenue

From Downtown St. Paul:

Take I-35E (north) to I-694
Take I-694 (west) to I-35W
Take I-35W (north) to Highway 96
Take Highway 96 (east) for about a mile (go past Hamline Avenue)
Take the left turn shortly after Hamline Avenue

From Downtown Minneapolis:

Take I-35W (north) to Highway 96
